The DG9636 is a CMOS dual SPDT analog switch designed to operate from 2.7V to 12v with a single power supply. When running from 12v power supply, all control logic inputs have a guaranteed 1.65 V logic HIGH threshold. This makes the DG9636 ideal for directly interfacing with low-voltage microprocessor control signals.
DG9636 is processed with high density CMOS technology and provides 2 pF parasitic capacitance for CS(off) and 7 pF parasitic capacitance for CD(on). Other performance features are :720 MHz -3 dB bandwidth, -67 dB crosstalk and -58 dB off isolation at 10 MHz frequency. The main applications of DG9636 are logic level conversion, pulse generators, and high speed or low noise signal switching in the design of precision instruments and portable equipment.the DG9636 comes in a space-saving 1.4mm x 1.8mm miniQFN10 package.
