Analog Devices Inc. ADAQ23876 16-bit data acquisition solution is a precision, high-speed μModule that reduces the development cycle of precision measurement systems. By employing System Level packaging (SIP) technology, ADAQ23876 combines multiple generic signal processing and regulation modules into a single suite, reducing the number of end-system components.
ADAQ23876 also integrates key passive components, which have excellent matching and drift characteristics. The data acquisition ADC/DAC has a serial low-voltage differential signal (LVDS) digital interface with single-channel or dual-channel output modes. The operating temperature range of ADAQ23876 is -40°C to +85°C. Typical applications include automated test equipment, data acquisition, hardware in the loop (HiL), power analyzers, and nondestructive testing (sound emission).
