The CS4334 family member is A complete stereo digital-to-analog output system, including interpolation, 1-bit D/A conversion and output analog filtering in an 8-pin package. CS4334/5/8/9 supports all major audio data interface formats. Each device only supports different interface formats.
Logic block diagram
The CS4334 series is based on Delta-Sigma modulation, in which the modulator output controls the reference voltage input of the superlinear analog low-pass filter. This structure allows the sampling rate to be adjusted indefinitely by simply changing the master clock frequency between 2 kHz and 100 kHz.
Typical connection diagram
The CS4334 series includes on-chip digital de-accent, operates with a single +5V power supply, and requires minimal support circuitry. These features are ideal for set-top boxes, DVD players, SVCD players, and A/V receivers.
