Hyperstone has released its new S9 series SD and microSD memory card controllers. The controller's FlashXE ECC and hyReliability feature set ensure extended life, data integrity, and power failure safety for demanding applications in markets including industrial automation, networking, telecommunications, and medical devices. The security variant S9S provides hardware support for AES-128/256, public-key elliptic curve cryptography, TRNG/DRBG and SHA-256 hases, and GPIO pin ISO7816, I2C and SPI interfaces.
