2. How does Heisener guarantee that RLS500 is from the original manufacturer or authorized agents?

If there is something wrong with the RLS500 we delivered, we will accept the replacement or return of the RLS500 only when all of the below conditions are fulfilled:

(2)We are informed of the defect described above within 90 days after the delivery of RLS500.
