2. How does Heisener guarantee that EQ-501 is from the original manufacturer or authorized agents?

We have a professional and experienced quality control team to strictly verify and test the EQ-501. If there is something wrong with the EQ-501 we delivered, we will accept the replacement or return of the EQ-501 only when all of the below conditions are fulfilled:

(2)We are informed of the defect described above within 90 days after the delivery of EQ-501.

(3)The PartNo is unused and only in the original unpacked packaging.
