Data de postagem: 2020-04-20, Analog Devices Inc.

Analog Devices ADcmXL1021-1 vibration sensor is designed to be used as a single-axis vibration monitoring system. The vibration sensor combines a high-performance vibration sensing system with signal processing functions to simplify the development of smart sensor nodes. These smart sensor nodes are used in state-based monitoring systems. Signal processing includes high-speed data sampling (220kSPS), 4096 sampling record lengths, windowing, filtering, FFT, user-configurable spectrum or time statistics alarms, and error flags. The vibration sensor requires only a single 3.3V power supply and supports an operating temperature range of -40C to + 105C.

The sensor is housed in a 23.7mm x 27mm x 12.4mm aluminum package, with four mounting flanges, and can be mounted using standard mechanical screws. The kit provides consistent mechanical coupling to the core sensor over a wide frequency range. The electrical interface is via a 14-pin connector on a 36mm flexible cable, which provides a wide range of location and orientation options for the system's mating connector.

The device requires only a single 3.3V power supply and supports an operating temperature range of -40C to + 105C

Typical applications include vibration analysis, safe shutdown sensing, CBM systems, machine health, instrumentation and diagnostics.
